Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Cancellation 48 hours before scheduled session (full refund)
• Cancellation 24-48 hours before session (50% refund)
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before session (no refund)
• Unsatisfactory service quality (case-by-case review)

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by Play Controller remain our exclusive property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Play Controller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Cancellation and Termination

9.1 Cancellation by Client

You may cancel services according to the refund policy outlined in Section 4.2.

9.2 Termination by Play Controller

We reserve the right to terminate services if you breach these terms or engage in conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful.

10. Force Majeure

Play Controller shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or public health emergencies.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.
